How PeakPlanner compares
The same 3 months, four ways.
Doing it yourself with well-known tools, building your own software with Claude Code, or hiring a cold email agency, each priced from its own sources, next to the package you pick.

- A cold email agency$21,750typical; $5,500–$41,000+ about 16 hours of your time$22,145 with your time
Counting your time, PeakPlanner Growth costs about the same as doing it yourself with premium tools (within $5), $2,512 less than building it yourself with Claude Code, and $20,189 less than a typical agency.
All for 3 months. Your time is an estimate at $25 an hour.

What you get that doing it yourself doesn’t
- Domains bought, DNS set up and every mailbox’s access checked automatically
- Warmup on our own network of real mailboxes, with inbox placement checked on every warmup email
- Sending paused on its own when a mailbox or a campaign starts bouncing
- One inbox for every mailbox, with out-of-office, bounces and warmup filed away and AI-sorted replies
- Emails sent in each person’s own time zone, at the hours your replies come in
- A PeakPlanner person who plans and watches your campaigns (Growth, Scale and Pro)
How a new setup sends
Slowly first, then at full speed.
- Days 1–15Warmup only
Every mailbox trades real emails with other PeakPlanner mailboxes. No campaign email yet.
- Days 16–305 rising to 15 a day
Each mailbox starts sending your campaign slowly while warmup carries on.
- Day 31 onUp to 30 a day per mailbox
Rotated across every mailbox, on weekdays, in each lead’s own time zone.
The smallest setup is 21 mailboxes on 6 domains. Below that the volume is too low to run well.
What Everything includes
Everything it takes to run cold email properly.
Separate sending domains
Ordered for you as soon as you pay: domains and mailboxes made only for outreach, so your company’s own domain never sends cold email.
Automatic warmup
New mailboxes warm up for 15 days on PeakPlanner’s own warmup network before they email a single lead, and keep warming up while they send.
Your lead lists
Upload the lists you already have, or have PeakPlanner find local businesses for you on Google Maps by type and place. Every person gets a fit score, so you can see who is worth reaching first.
Every address checked
Each address is checked before it’s emailed: invalid and throwaway ones are taken out and risky ones flagged, so fewer emails bounce.
Emails written with AI, approved by you
Your first email and two follow-ups, written from what you tell PeakPlanner about your business. Anything it doesn’t know is left as a gap for you to fill, never made up. Edit anything, then approve.
Sent at the right time
Each lead gets your email in their own working hours, from one of many mailboxes, with a daily limit on each. As replies come in, sending leans toward the hours that get the most answers.
Follow-ups that know when to stop
Each follow-up goes in the same thread and stops the moment someone replies.
One inbox for every reply
Replies from every mailbox land in one place, the best leads first. AI reads each one and drafts an answer for you to send or change.
Routine replies handled
Unsubscribe requests, not-interested replies and out-of-office notices are handled on their own: added to do-not-contact, closed, or snoozed until the person is back. Anything unsure is left for you.
Every lead tracked to revenue
Each interested reply becomes a deal that moves from interested to won, so you can see what every campaign brings in, not just how many emails went out.
Unsubscribes and bounces handled
Anyone who opts out or hard-bounces goes on a do-not-contact list automatically and is never emailed again. A campaign pauses itself if too many emails bounce.
Your own login
See the replies, your deals and the numbers for every campaign whenever you like, plus a monthly report you can print or share.
Something bigger or different?

Questions
Before you start.
How do I pay for a package?
Once, up front, for the 3 months, by bank transfer. You get the invoice with our bank details as soon as you sign up, and upload a screenshot once you’ve paid.
What happens after the 3 months?
Renew the same package, or stop: the domains are already paid for the year.
Are the replies and leads promised?
No. They’re indicative: 0.25% of emails sent getting a reply, and 4 in 10 replies becoming a lead. Results depend on your offer and your audience. These are estimates, never a guarantee.
What’s the difference between the packages?
How much they send, and who does the work. Starter: 30,000 emails, $333.00 a month ($999 paid once), do it yourself, with the software; Growth: 30,000 emails, $599.67 a month ($1,799 paid once), done with you; Scale: 60,000 emails, $866.33 a month ($2,599 paid once), done with you; Pro: 150,000 emails, $1,566.33 a month ($4,699 paid once), done with you.
Why are mailboxes, domains and warmup at cost?
Every cold email setup needs them, so PeakPlanner sells them at what they cost: mailboxes at what InboxKit charges, domains at about what Cloudflare charges. PeakPlanner earns on the sequencer, email checks, lead lists, the inbox and the service, and AI replies are passed on at what the AI costs.
What is the PeakPlanner service?
A person at PeakPlanner who plans your campaigns and watches them while they run. It comes with Growth, Scale and Pro; with Starter you run the campaigns yourself.
When do emails start going out?
After 15 days of warmup your campaign starts slowly, 5 rising to 15 emails a mailbox a day, and reaches full speed from day 31. You approve your first emails before anything is sent, and PeakPlanner may review a new account before its first campaign sends.
What if I already have a list?
Upload it. Every address is still checked before it’s emailed, and anyone on your do-not-contact list is left out.
Why at least 21 mailboxes?
Below 21 mailboxes on 6 domains the volume is too low to plan and run well.
Need more, or something different?
