How PeakPlanner handles personal information

Who we are

PeakPlanner runs cold email outreach for businesses: sending domains and mailboxes, lead lists, the emails, the sending and the replies. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and our service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, website and what you tell us about your business. We also store your IP address and browser type, only to stop spam.

When you sign up: your company, website, name, email and the plan you chose. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

When you book a call: your name, email, company, any note you add, and your IP address, used to stop the same connection booking many calls.

When you open a page we made for you: when it was opened, the kind of device and the country. Not your IP address.

For the outreach we run: business contact details of the people our clients want to reach, such as name, work email, company and job title, and their replies.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and run the service you asked for, book and hold calls, and keep the service secure. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Anyone who asks not to be contacted again, or whose address bounces, goes on a do-not-contact list and is not emailed again.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google Workspace (email and calendars), Stripe (payments) and, when switched on, AI and email-checking providers that process the text they are given. They handle data only to provide their part of the service.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The app sets a cookie to keep you signed in, and the sign-up page sets one to remember a sign-up in progress.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us never to contact you. Email us at the address below and we’ll reply within 30 days.
